Workflow Automation Architect

📋 Role Overview

Architect and implement cross-platform low-code/no-code automated workflows (n8n, Make, Zapier) connecting CRMs, AI tools, databases, and enterprise apps.

🎯 Key Deliverables & Responsibilities

• Audit manual business processes and design end-to-end automated workflow architectures.
• Build and manage complex automation scenarios in n8n, Make.com, or Zapier with robust error handling.
• Connect Webhooks, custom APIs, Google Workspace, CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce), and databases (Airtable/Supabase).
• Embed AI vision & LLM processing steps inside workflows for automated document parsing.
• Provide technical documentation and maintain automated scenario health monitoring logs.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Indonesian citizen residing in Indonesia (100% Full Remote position).
• 3+ years of experience engineering mid-to-advanced level automated workflows (n8n / Make / Zapier).
• Strong understanding of JSON structure, HTTP methods, headers, authentication, and Webhooks.
• Active English communication skills for written updates via Slack/Notion.
• Methodical problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.

✨ Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

• Ability to write short JS/Python code snippets in n8n nodes
• Enterprise CRM setup experience
