📋 Role Overview
Edit promo videos, UGC ad creatives, SaaS tutorials, and podcasts into dynamic, fast-paced visual stories with motion text and sound design.
🎯 Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into high-converting short-form (Reels/TikTok) and long-form (YouTube/Ads) videos.
- Add motion graphics, smooth transitions, dynamic subtitles, and visual overlays.
- Perform audio mixing, noise cleanup, sound effect design, and video pacing.
- Color grade footage to match client brand aesthetics.
- Deliver revisions efficiently to meet campaign deadlines.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Indonesian citizen residing in Indonesia (100% Full Remote position).
- 2+ years as a Video Editor specializing in marketing and short-form content.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong video portfolio demonstrating pacing, sound design, and motion text.
- Good English comprehension for video editing briefs.
✨ Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Performance Paid Video Ads experience
- Basic 3D animation
