📋 Role Overview

Engineering Project Manager leading custom web and mobile software development projects. Ensures clear communication between international client stakeholders and Indonesian developers.

🎯 Key Deliverables & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software development sprints, backlog grooming, and release cycles.
• Conduct daily client syncs and sprint demos in fluent, professional English.
• Convert user stories into granular GitHub/Jira tasks for developers and QA engineers.
• Track project velocity, budget burndown, and risk mitigation.
• Maintain high code quality standards and client delivery satisfaction.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Indonesian citizen residing in Indonesia (100% Full Remote).
• FLAWLESS spoken and written English communication skills.
• 3+ years managing web/mobile software development teams in an Agile setup.
• Hands-on experience with Jira/Linear, GitHub PR workflows, and Slack.
• Background in software development or computer science is highly preferred.

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
• Prior full-stack coding background
