📋 Role Overview

Craft world-class user interfaces and seamless user experiences for B2B SaaS applications, interactive dashboards, and complex web apps in Figma.

🎯 Key Deliverables & Responsibilities

  • Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma.
  • Build and maintain structured Design Systems (auto-layout, components, variants, design tokens).
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and product analysis to boost retention.
  • Hand over clean design assets and developer specs to frontend engineers.
  • Ensure designs are modern, accessible, responsive, and conversion-focused.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Indonesian citizen residing in Indonesia (100% Full Remote position).
  • 3+ years of UI/UX design experience for SaaS apps or web platforms.
  • Deep Figma portfolio showcasing research, wireframing, and polished final UI.
  • Active English skills to present design rationales to international clients.
  • Mastery of advanced Figma features (Variables, Auto-layout 5.0, Component Properties).

✨ Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

  • Basic HTML/CSS/Tailwind understanding
  • High-converting SaaS landing page design
