📋 Role Overview
Design and construct blazing-fast landing pages optimized for maximum lead captures and customer sales conversions.
🎯 Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
- Build high-converting landing pages using Webflow, Framer, or Tailwind CSS/Astro.
- Apply Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles, visual hierarchy, and social proof elements.
- Integrate capture forms with CRMs, email autoresponders, and webhooks.
- Ensure 100% mobile responsiveness and sub-2-second load times.
- Run A/B tests on page elements (headlines, CTA button placement, section order).
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Indonesian citizen residing in Indonesia (100% Full Remote position).
- 2+ years building high-converting landing pages.
- Portfolio of live, fast, and beautifully designed landing pages.
- Expertise in Webflow, Framer, or HTML/Tailwind CSS.
- Active English skills for project alignment.
✨ Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Offer copywriting knowledge
- A/B testing tools experience (VWO / Google Optimize)
