📋 Role Overview
Source, outreach, negotiate, and manage influencer & creator collaboration campaigns globally across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
🎯 Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
- Identify and research relevant KOLs/creators matching target brand demographics.
- Execute cold outreach, rate card negotiations, and contractual agreements.
- Deliver detailed campaign briefs to creators and track content publishing schedules.
- Monitor content compliance and measure campaign ROI.
- Build long-term relationships with talent agencies and creators.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Indonesian citizen residing in Indonesia (100% Full Remote position).
- 2+ years handling creator outreach and influencer campaign management.
- Fluent English negotiation and written outreach skills.
- Strong understanding of true influencer engagement metrics.
- Ability to multi-task dozens of creator conversations simultaneously.
