📋 Role Overview

Growth Marketing Specialist located in the EU/UK region to drive European client expansion, localized ad campaigns, and compliance-aware marketing.

🎯 Key Deliverables & Responsibilities

• Execute growth marketing campaigns tailored to European business culture and GDPR compliance.
• Manage EU-focused paid search, LinkedIn campaigns, and localized content strategies.
• Collaborate with European agency clients during EU business hours.
• Optimize multi-lingual conversion funnels and localized offer positioning.
• Report directly to global growth leadership on European campaign ROI.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Resident of the European Union or United Kingdom (EU/UK Remote).
• Fluent in English (C2/Native); additional European language (German/French/Dutch) is a major plus.
• 3+ years in growth marketing or performance advertising in European markets.
• Deep understanding of GDPR, privacy regulations, and European consumer behavior.
• Self-driven and experienced working in remote international teams.
