📋 Role Overview
Growth Project Manager coordinating paid media buyers, SEO specialists, ad creative designers, and landing page builders for global agency accounts.
🎯 Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
- Manage marketing campaign roadmaps, budget allocation reporting, and CRO roadmaps.
- Lead weekly performance review meetings with international client marketing heads in fluent English.
- Coordinate asset delivery between ad designers, copywriters, and performance operators.
- Track ROAS, CPA, and CPL metrics across accounts.
- Ensure smooth client onboarding and campaign scaling.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Indonesian citizen residing in Indonesia (100% Full Remote).
- FLAWLESS spoken and written English communication skills.
- 3+ years managing digital marketing campaigns in an agency environment.
- Solid understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Landing Page CRO.
- Data-driven mindset with strong client presentation abilities.
