Data Analyst

📋 Role Overview

Extract, analyze, and visualize raw data from multiple business touchpoints to deliver actionable strategic insights for stakeholders and executive clients.

🎯 Key Deliverables & Responsibilities

• Aggregate data from CRMs, Google Analytics 4, paid ad platforms, and SQL databases.
• Build interactive executive dashboards in Looker Studio, PowerBI, or Metabase.
• Conduct cohort analysis, customer retention modeling, and revenue forecasting.
• Present data findings clearly in English to non-technical client stakeholders.
• Formulate data-backed recommendations for marketing campaigns and operational growth.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Indonesian citizen residing in Indonesia (100% Full Remote position).
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Specialist.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (queries, aggregations, window functions) and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Hands-on experience operating modern BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, PowerBI).

✨ Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

• Python/R data analysis scripting
• Basic knowledge of dbt or Snowflake data warehousing
