📋 Role Overview
Creative Project Manager managing design teams, video editors, and UI/UX designers for international brand clients.
🎯 Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
- Coordinate design deliverables, video production schedules, and UI/UX handovers.
- Conduct regular client feedback calls and creative presentation reviews in fluent English.
- Manage creative assets in Figma, Frame.io, and Notion.
- Ensure brand guideline compliance and top-tier aesthetic delivery.
- Balance team workload and resolve client creative revisions smoothly.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Indonesian citizen residing in Indonesia (100% Full Remote).
- FLAWLESS spoken and written English communication skills.
- 3+ years managing creative teams in a digital agency or design studio.
- Deep understanding of design workflows (Figma, Motion graphics, Video editing pipelines).
- Excellent client relationship and presentation skills.
✨ Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Hands-on background as UI/UX or Graphic Designer
