Content Planner / Strategist

📋 Role Overview

Develop comprehensive content strategies, editorial calendars, and brand narratives to establish thought leadership and drive inbound lead acquisition.

🎯 Key Deliverables & Responsibilities

• Build monthly multi-channel content calendars (LinkedIn, Blog, Instagram, YouTube, Newsletter).
• Conduct target audience research, competitor analysis, and content pillar mapping.
• Write detailed content briefs for writers/designers and supervise content production cycles.
• Track content performance (reach, engagement, leads) and deliver optimization reports.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across all communications.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Indonesian citizen residing in Indonesia (100% Full Remote position).
• 2+ years crafting content strategies for B2B tech, SaaS, or digital agencies.
• Exceptional written English copywriting skills (C1/C2 level).
• Deep understanding of marketing funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
• Strong organization and project management skills.
