📋 Role Overview

Produce engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and social posts to build audience trust and drive organic brand engagement.

🎯 Key Deliverables & Responsibilities

• Concept, script, and film educational and promotional short-form videos.
• Execute self-filmed video production (on-camera host / voiceover) with crisp audio/visual quality.
• Research emerging content trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with video editors and social leads for posting consistency.
• Analyze video performance metrics and iterate based on engagement rate.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Indonesian citizen residing in Indonesia (100% Full Remote position).
• 1+ years of short-form video creation experience with proven audience engagement.
• Confident on-camera presence with fluent and clear English pronunciation.
• Showcaseable social media portfolio or video channel.
• Strong storytelling and hook creation skills within the first 3 seconds.
