📋 Role Overview
Foster, grow, and moderate online communities on Discord, Slack, Circle, or LinkedIn groups for 20byte and client brands.
🎯 Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
- Drive daily engagement, moderate discussions, and welcome new members into the community.
- Organize virtual community events (AMAs, workshops, giveaways, competitions).
- Answer member inquiries, provide initial support, and pass product feedback to teams.
- Create exclusive community content and foster active member participation.
- Enforce community guidelines and maintain a friendly, spam-free environment.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Indonesian citizen residing in Indonesia (100% Full Remote position).
- 1+ years as a Community Manager or Moderator on Discord, Slack, or Circle.
- Active written/spoken English with high empathy and approachable demeanor.
- Conversational yet professional writing style.
- Responsive and comfortable with flexible remote schedules.
