Backend Engineer

📋 Role Overview

Architect secure, high-throughput APIs, serverless infrastructure, and manage SQL/NoSQL databases for web and mobile platforms.

🎯 Key Deliverables & Responsibilities

• Design and build RESTful & GraphQL APIs using Node.js (TypeScript), Python, or Go.
• Manage SQL database schemas (PostgreSQL, Cloudflare D1, SQLite) with ORMs like Drizzle or Prisma.
• Deploy serverless infrastructure on Cloudflare Workers, AWS Lambda, or Vercel.
• Implement secure authentication (JWT, OAuth2, session management) and rate-limiting.
• Write unit/integration tests and optimize low-latency database queries.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Indonesian citizen residing in Indonesia (100% Full Remote position).
• 3+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience focused on backend architecture.
• Deep proficiency in Node.js / TypeScript or Python (FastAPI/Django).
• Strong understanding of relational database design, migration schemas, and query optimization.
• Professional written and spoken English skills.
