📋 Role Overview
Technical Project Manager overseeing AI integration and workflow automation projects. Acts as the primary liaison between international clients and Indonesian AI engineering teams.
🎯 Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables for client AI/LLM integration and n8n automation builds.
- Lead daily standups, client sprint reviews, and status updates in fluent English.
- Translate complex client technical requirements into clear developer task tickets in Jira/Linear.
- Monitor AI pipeline performance metrics, token budgets, and client satisfaction scores.
- Ensure on-time project delivery with zero communication friction.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Indonesian citizen residing in Indonesia (100% Full Remote).
- FLAWLESS spoken and written English communication skills.
- 3+ years of technical project management experience in software, AI, or agency setups.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Linear, Jira, and Slack.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, APIs, RAG, Webhooks).
✨ Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Prior client-facing agency PM experience
